Terms of Service

Last updated: February 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mitigate Management (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mitigate Management is an AI-powered article generation platform designed for entertainment and satirical purposes. The Service allows users to generate articles using artificial intelligence based on selected templates, tones, and user-provided prompts. The Service offers both satirical and serious tone options for content generation.

Important: Regardless of the tone setting selected (satire or serious), all content generated by Mitigate Management is AI-produced and intended for entertainment. It should not be relied upon as factual reporting, professional advice, or genuine journalism.

3. Satire & Entertainment Purpose

Mitigate Management is, at its core, a satirical platform. The entire premise of the Service — generating articles about workplace dynamics, technology decisions, and corporate culture — is rooted in humor and satire.

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and is not written by human journalists, experts, or professionals.
  • Generated articles — including those using the “serious” tone — may contain inaccuracies, fabrications, or misleading information.
  • The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to technical, legal, financial, or managerial guidance.
  • Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, or events in generated content is coincidental unless based on user-provided input.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts and inputs you provide to the article generation engine.
  • How you use, share, distribute, or present any content generated through the Service.
  • Any consequences that arise from sharing generated articles with management teams, colleagues, clients, or any other parties.
  • Ensuring that your use of generated content complies with your workplace policies and applicable laws.

Mitigate Management does not endorse, encourage, or take responsibility for users presenting AI-generated content as genuine articles, real research, or factual reporting. If you choose to share generated articles without disclosing their AI-generated and satirical nature, you do so at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MITIGATE MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Sharing AI-generated articles with management teams, executives, colleagues, or any other individuals.
  • Any workplace consequences, disciplinary actions, or professional repercussions resulting from the use or distribution of generated content.
  • Decisions made by any party based on information contained in generated articles.
  • Any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or unintended effect caused by generated content.

By using Mitigate Management, you expressly waive any and all claims against Mitigate Management related to the content generated through the Service and its subsequent use or distribution.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All content generated by Mitigate Management is produced by artificial intelligence. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any generated content. AI-generated articles may contain factual errors, outdated information, or entirely fabricated claims. Users should not rely on generated content for any purpose requiring accuracy or factual integrity.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content generated through your use of the Service. However, by marking an article as public, you grant Mitigate Management a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that article through the Service's public article URLs. This license terminates when you delete the article or make it private.

The Mitigate Management name, logo, and branding are the property of Mitigate Management and may not be used without permission.

8. Billing & Subscriptions

Mitigate Management offers a free tier (limited to 5 article generations per month) and a Pro tier (unlimited generations). Pro subscriptions are billed through Polar. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Polar customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Mitigate Management to:

  • Harass, defame, or intimidate any individual or organization.
  • Impersonate real publications, journalists, or organizations with intent to deceive.
  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Distribute generated content in a manner designed to cause harm, panic, or material damage.
  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse the Service's infrastructure.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
